Requirements for Kindergarten Registration:
Student must be age 5 by September 10, 2025.
In order to register for kindergarten, you will need to bring the following with you to registration:
1.) A certified copy of your child's birth certificate
2.) Your child's immunization records
3.) Proof a residency (such as a utility bill)
4.) Parent or legal guardian's photo ID
**If your child is currently attending HSD's Early Literacy program, you do not need to provide new copies. However, you will still be required to complete a registration packet.
