**Please note: If your child attended a Hamilton School District school during the 2024-2025 school year, you do not need to register them for 2025-26. Your student will be automatically registered for the new school year.**

Information Needed to Complete Registration:

• Registration Packet

• Immunization records

• Copy of certified birth certificate

• Proof of residency (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)

• Emergency contact info

Student Age Qualifications:

• Kindergarten: Child must be 5 years old on or before September 10th to qualify

• First Grade: Child must be 6 years old on or before September 10th qualify
